Instead of putting it on a washcloth, it would be more helpful to DRINK more water (I believe most people don’t drink enough anyway). And go to your doctor and see about a RESTASIS prescription. Worked for me. Flax seed oil is supposed to be good too.

being a sufferer of …
being a sufferer of moderate dry eye syndrome, I watched the girl explain her “home cure” and quite honestly find her insulting. If prevention was as easy as using water on a cloth, i wouldnt be in so much pain and discomfort when driving or outside in bright light.
