(It kind of smells like bad fish! ) Please help you can smell her breath when she pants and its bad! lol help!

Food – What is she eating? did she EAT any fish? Bad diet can result in bad food. http://dogfoodproject.com http://dogfoodanalysis.com
Teeth – How is her oral hygiene? Overall, I would recommend you brush her teeth. They sell edible dog toothpaste + brush at pet stores. get one of those and brush her teeth. If you find yourself incapable of brushing her because she squirms, bites, or fidgets, just get a groomer to do the job for you. It is recommended to brush her teeth at least 2-3 times a week, but it's bretter every day.
Treats – Don't feed her too many treats! Most treats these days have corn and stuff in them, hard for dogs to digest. Only use treats as a quick snack or training tool, nothing more.
Mints – I really don't care for dog mints, and they barely get the job done. They only work for a short amount of time.
Just brush her teeth or get a check-up with the vet if that doesn't work.

    Brush her teeth.

Get a dog toothpaste, and brush her teeth everyday.

It is vital to brush Chihuahuas teeth because they can easily become loose or decayed and fall out.

She needs to see her vet to have her teeth and gums checked. Small dogs especially often have problems with their teeth and gums if their not looked after. Are her teeth brown? She may need her teeth cleaned? If they're not looked after, it can lead to serious health problems – heart and kidney, for example.

Let your vet check her teeth and let you know what's going on.

well you can try brushing her teeth about once or twice a week. there are special toothbrushes and toothpaste that you can find at local pet stores. that should help after a couple of brushes. and you can maintain good oral health by continuing to brush her teeth. and it would also help to get a dental toy that she can chew on to help remove excess tartar while letting her have some fun! i hope this helps!
