What to do about bad breath?
Other than seeing a doctor, what can I do about bad breath? I brush my teeth daily, and I don't eat food like garlic and onion, but this doesn't seem to help. Is there any at home remedy people take to have odorless breath? thank you sooo much!
Many times bad breath is caused by bacteria on the tongue. In the tooth paste aisle you can buy a "tongue scraper" that is meant to scrape the bacteria off of your tongue use that and then a good mouth wash. That should solve your problem.
What type of food beside garlic and onion causes bad breath?
I do know there are lots of factor causing bad breath.
I want to know specifically about certain food, fruits or vegetables we should avoid for this reason… at least for certain occasion!

Bad breath has different and a lot of reasons, best way is to know the reason and either avoid or remove that cause, so if the reason is a cavity in your teeth, it should be filled, if it is gum problems, it should be treated, mouth washes cover the smell and do not remove it, it is just an assisting tool and not the basic one, regarding food stuff, yes some food stuff may give a smell but it i is related to the food stuff only as garlin and onion, but this disappears by time, smell due to dental problems should be treated, in rare cases some stomach troubles can cause bad smell for more info contact me as ahmadhashem41 at yahoo

Eating Minced Garlic And Crackers
I was bored, so I decided to eat minced garlic and crackers. My breath stinks so bad… Brushing my teeth and rinsing my mouth with mouth wash isn’t working. Comment on what you want to see in upcoming videos.

Bad breath, who has it and how can I get rid of mine?
I know onions and garlic is bad to eat. All these bad breath products tend to be expensive and I don't know what really works!! Has anyone tried anything that worked, tell me your secret!!!
Simply brushing your tongue will do the trick. Brush your tongue in the morning and at night with a tongue scraper or your toothbrush. That should do the trick if you're consistent.
Mouthrinses containing alcohol are a big no-no. Although you think it does the trick, the alcohol actually dries out your mouth later and makes your breath smell worse than before. Opt for a non-alcoholic rinse such as Crest Pro-Health.
