People what`s the deal with me? please help!?

i am on a strict diet now, not that i like it, but i have to.

the thing is i eliminated MEAT, GLUTEN/LACTOSE and by products, EVERYTHING PREPARED ON THE FIRE like fried, boiled etc.

but WHY everytime i eat pretty much anything i get my breath stunk, skin pimpled and and stomac bloated as hell?

so i stick to only fruits, veggies, vitamin-mineral complex and special rice protein. those are the onle products that don`t cause above mentioned troubles.

when i see someone eating a burger i get so jelous! their skin is clean, they don`t have halitosis because of it, they don`t get bloated.

i`d give anything and AGREE TO BE SUPERFAT- if only i could eat whatever i want w/o gettin bad breath, bloating and bad skin.
i saw my dentist yesterday and he said my teeth and gums are OK.

i get this kinda troubles when i eat ANYTHING inc. BREAD, MEAT, MILK.

except for veggies and fruits and special vegan proteins.

based on your symptoms you have a gastric problem and/or an immune system problem (either one or both depends on result of physical analysis).

when people eat meat, it doesn't just dissolve in our stomach acid. most of it decomposes. so your breathe will stunk because the stomach valve is not closing properly (letting the smell out). in turn you will also have a bitter taste. this also give you a bloated feeling after a while if the meat is stuck in the stomach area for a long time (it is supposed to break down and move along the large and small intestines).

skin pimples is a sign of allergy. could be that since you stomach is not properly digesting the meat or thinks the meat is a foreign object.

I would suggest you go to a gastric specialist first to assess if your stomach is in good condition. with proper and early medical care, you should be ok in no time.

It's the ones where the smart guy is asking different people "Did you know…" questions and the last question is always a "Did you know…" question about themselves that they should already know. Like, the ones I remember are the ones where::

This decay process produces a sulphur compound which produces the unpleasant odour.

How to keep a check on bad breath?

. Cut down spicy food. Spicy food also adds to the cause and increase the unpleasant odour.
