I have been suffering from halitosis for 1 year.?

I tried everything.and i maintain good oral hygiene.and i tried lesterine and other mouth washes too.and i thing there is nothing wrong in my oral hyg...



 

I tried everything.and i maintain good oral hygiene.and i tried lesterine and other mouth washes too.and i thing there is nothing wrong in my oral hygiene.i think my sinuses have infected from fungle.my tongue is also yello.i heard if fungle sinusities tongue is like that.so i need to know what are the treatments(medicine) for that i need trade name and genaric name of drugs.and what are the medicine for oropharynx fungle infections?.plese help me
