    When i was in college just wanted to give a shot what this course is about. I should say that sudarshana kriya is the most beautiful thing every happened to me. I still remember that deep silence with no thoughts on my first kriya. It changed my perception towards life. Since then I was never an angry man but more a happy man.

    Yoga is such a beautiful process that can unite your body mind and soul with great positive energy and perception.
