Bad breath is caused often because you haven't brushed and flossed well .If you don't keep teeth and gums free of the bacterial buildup, they'll start to cause odor as the bacteria rot leftover food particles in your mouth.
Try rinsing your mouth with peroxide and eat mints. That is all you can do in your situation unless you go to a dentist where they can open your gums and drain the pus out or drill the rotten part out of your teeth and recap them getting rid of the odors. THey seem infected. I don't know what state you live in, but most places have low cost or free dentists. Like Mercy College in Mi. Call around to colleges in your area. They may have dental colleges with students willing to clean and repair your teeth for almost free or a grade for them. I had my teeth done for free by a student and he did ok. Call around now.
References :
You could have an infection which could effect the gums and affect your breath. There is not much else you can do except spend some money to have it checked out. Some dentist will do a payment plan with you. If anything, you could spend $30 just to have the dentist look at your mouth and then give you some advice.
References :
go see a dentist. there is something rotting in your mouth, thus the smell. try to find a dental school that can do it for cheap of sometimes free. get a payment plan. something. just get to a dentist. i lived with a person who had the worst breath because she had one rotting tooth.

and if you have holes in your mouth, make sure you use mouthwash and maybe invest in an electric toothbrush so you can clean them out everyday.
